Manual disconnector actuator PR-05
The PR-05 actuators are designed for manual operation of disconnectors and earthing switches. The actuators are manufactured in accordance with GOST 689-90 in UHL category 1 according to GOST 15150-69 and GOST 15543-89
The PR-05 actuator is designed to operate contact blades or earthing switches of the new series of disconnectors RDZ, RG, RLK, etc. for rated voltages up to 35 kV.
The PR-05 actuator is manufactured with one main shaft and two earthing switch actuator shafts.
Normal operation of drives is provided in the following conditions:
- altitude above sea level not more than 1000 m;
- upper operating value of ambient air temperature plus 40 °С;
- lower operating value of ambient air temperature minus 60 °С.
The actuator consists of a housing, output shaft, locking mechanism based on electromagnetic lock ZB-1M UHL1, switching mechanism, operating handle and cable glands.
Access to the internal mechanisms of the drive (during installation and adjustment) is provided after unlocking the lock with a special key and lowering the housing cover.
For connection to the disconnector or earthing switch shaft, a clamp is attached to the output shaft, which enables adjustment during switching on and off of the disconnector or earthing switch.
The operating handle can be fixed horizontally with the axis and, when the operation is completed, can be set vertically and locked with a padlock.
