Switchgear 2KVE-6 for quarry power supply

Medium-voltage switchgear for mining excavator type 2KVE-6 is designed for installation on the turntable of mining excavators in a closed, unheated body and is used for receiving and distributing electric power of three-phase alternating current with frequency of 50 or 60 Hz at rated voltage of 6 kV, for protection of electrical equipment in case of overload, short circuit, unacceptable voltage drop, as well as for operational switching in non-explosive environment with corrosive agents content in atmosphere of type II of GOST 15150-69.
The 2KVE-6 switchgear meets the technical requirements of GOST 14693-90 and the safety requirements of GOST 12.2.007.4-75.
The 2KVE-6 is manufactured according to an individual questionnaire prepared for each customer, with detailed elaboration of the main and auxiliary equipment, taking into account all the customer's requirements.
The 2KVE-6 is equipped with various types of protection and automation, both on electromechanical relays and modern microprocessor units. The enclosures can be equipped with various types of mechanical and electromagnetic interlocks, which prevent erroneous actions by the service personnel during operational switching operations.
The 2KVE-6 switchgear is a reinforced welded frame construction with polymer coating, divided into compartments: vacuum circuit-breaker and CT compartment, relay protection and automation compartment, fuse compartment, disconnector compartment. Disconnector and earthing switch actuators are mounted on the front wall of the enclosure. Access to the equipment inside the enclosure is via doors and covers.
