Outdoor switchgear YAKNO-10 (PKKZ-10)

The quarry cell for outdoor installation YAKNO-10 (PKKZ-10) is used when connecting various quarry industrial consumers to a high-voltage power line with voltage of 6 kV, 10 kV (power lines): excavators, drilling rigs, etc., as well as for installation in main and branch networks of quarries.
A special transport stand is used to move the cell.
Depending on the functional purpose, the cabinets have the following purposes:
- Air inlet and cable outlet;
- Cable entry and cable outlet with equipment for protecting rotating machines;
- Cable entry and cable outlet;
- Air inlet and air outlet;
- Air inlet and air outlet for sectioning lines with one-way power supply;
- Air inlet and air outlet for sectioning lines with double-sided power supply;
- Cable entry and air outlet;
- Air input with power transformer up to 40 kVA and low voltage outgoing cable lines.
YAKNO-10 cells have an all-welded reinforced housing that reliably protects from external influences, air or cable supply of the supply line.
The cell is divided by solid partitions into compartments: - vacuum switch, - low-voltage, - bus compartment. Access to the compartments is closed with doors locked with latches and unlocked with one key.
The disconnector is interlocked with the switch, which provides maximum protection against erroneous actions by personnel.
The switch compartment contains a switch, current transformers, a bus disconnector, a line disconnector (or grounding blades), an overvoltage limiter and a zero-sequence transformer, fastenings for two cables, and a locking mechanism. The door of the circuit breaker compartment has a mechanical lock, which prevents access to the high-voltage compartment when the busbar disconnector is turned on and the possibility of turning on the busbar disconnector when the door of the circuit breaker compartment is open.
The busbar compartment contains the main busbars, drops from the main busbars to the disconnector and support insulators for the main busbars.
